Return & Exchange Policy

At Swapna Madugula, our team works hard to deliver products of the highest design and quality in a timely manner. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of the actual delivery date.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for return.

Once approved, returns will be picked up within 4–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10–14 working days.

Exchange Policy

Swapna Madugula does not provide direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return it and then place a new order.

Return Process

  • Email us at info@swapnamadugula.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your Order Number and the reason for return.
  • If the product is defective or not as expected, attach a product picture along with a short note for our customer support team.

Refund – Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is out of stock or has a confirmed manufacturing defect verified by the Swapna Madugula quality team.
  • The refund process will begin within 2 working days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account within 10–14 days, depending on the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their online order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Partial cancellations are also allowed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the same account used for purchase (online banking, credit card, debit card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT.

Note: SWAPNA MADUGULA does not provide exchange of products. If a customer wants to exchange, they must return the product and then place a new order.

The customer can email us at info@swapnamadugula.com within 2 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, You may also need to attach the product picture with a small note.

Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by SWAPNA MADUGULA quality team.

The refund process will initiate within 2 working days of receiving the request and refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 10-14 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is also allowed.

The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
